Add reference names for Sphinx according to README conventions

Move phone into its out subfolder to represent collection of docs

Remove links from advanced/interfaces/introduction

TODO: Add relative pagewise links

3.0 is now the default branch of the repository

- merge the `record audio` section in the record chapter
- create a "record button" section
- refactor the record tree chapter

This is VLC documentation for recording: no need for pleonasm.

The Makefile is now the only file that manages the build.
Check the README to get the instructions to use make on Windows.

Especially for the Windows OS.

This part should describe:
- the complete feature list/compatibility matrix
- the complete format/codec list/compatibility matrix
- the complete description of all VLC modules and filters

This part of the documentation is meant to gather "non basic" usecases.
