Drops the libtool emulation and increases the soversion
to match libbluray.

Remove UDF_PRIVATE as it's not needed. Also resolves issues
with redefining UDF_PUBLIC if multiple headers are included.

Ensures that the files are installed before the superproject
needs to use them.

Replaces the staticlib_only option. The embed_udfread option
uses yield to get its value from the libbluray superproject,
so it doesn't export any symbols or headers. This replicates
the default behavior of the autotools build. Additionally
simplifies library handling by reducing duplication in
meson.build.

libbluray and libudfread don't agree on (lib)udfread.
Rename udfread.pc.in to libudfread.pc.in to reconciliate them.

$ pkgconf --print-provides udfread.pc
udfread = 1.1.0

$ pkgconf --print-requires-private libbluray.pc
libxml-2.0 >= 2.6
freetype2
fontconfig
libudfread >= 1.1.0

The :5000 variant is still valid, but not authorized by all runners

File identifier may contain nul bytes.
MUTF-8 works well with C string functions and Java, while nul bytes won't.

Fixes listing paths with nul bytes and special chars in file identifiers.

Not strictly compilant (?), \0 is allowed in ECMA167 file identifier.

Fix possible OOB read (corrupt input)
