Workaround link collapse bug

Gijs Peskens requested to merge workaround_link_collapse_bug into master
  • Move lots of (effectively per packet) messages from ERROR/WARN to DEBUG to prevent spamming logs/stdout (and to prevent spending lots of time doing either)
  • Instead log error messages every statsinterval if error conditions have been detected
  • Be more aggressive in resetting the flow if conditions arise that are very broken
  • Reset the missing queue when the flow gets reset.
