Should a slow packet feed result in 'stream is dead..." trace?
A small test example that sends and receives packets (through localhost).
The code waits for each packet to arrive before sending the next (or next few).
Every so often the log traces: "stream is dead (1004 ms), re-initializing flow", but the packets still appear to get through.
Is this to be expected? Some configuration timeout value, maybe?
This only appears to occur in the caller/sender, listener/receiver arrangement. (listener/sender does not emit.)
Note: running this under valgrind also generates "Conditional jump or move depends on uninitialised value(s)" on my system - but have not confirmed if that is a false positive.
