Lets only keep the comments with the latest DB model.

Most scopped enums are using uint8_t which ends up displaying non
printable characters.
Falling back to int allows the value to be displayed as number, which
makes the failing tests output more valuable

Its videolan user now has a $HOME folder which is now required by some
gitlab-runner changes
