lib: media: rename Ended to Stopped

In VLC 3.0, this event was sent for END_S (input_thread_t is stopping)
and INPUT_DEAD_EVENT (input_thread_t is stopped).

In VLC 4.0, this event is sent when the player is stopping.

The renaming reflect the actual state.
