config: fix some label text issues

 - "interfaces settings" -> "interface settings" (bad grammar)
 - "hotkeys settings" -> "hotkey settings" (bad grammar)
 - "Audio resampler" -> "Resampler" (redundant to state "Audio"
   when this will appear as a child node of the "Audio" parent in
   the prefs tree).
