Work around some spacing

Threw the log output processor against the mono repo until it survived.
When things go bad, outputting to the Unity console doesn't work very
well, so moved logging to a separate file, currently in
AppData/LocalLow/DefaultCompany/UnityExtension/github-unity-log.txt

Bunch of threading fixes

Add vaguely working implementations of credential management backends for windows, mac and linux. IEnvironment needs to move up to GitHub.Api and made public (so Unity can see it), so tweak accordingly).
