This resets the media library to the version that is used on the store
with the current stable version. This commit is a partial revert of
f292c66c.

This addresses #13

This re-orders some method declarations to make the parser happy. No functional changes.

This is needed when deployed as a dynamic framework in a swift enabled project because otherwise, the module cannot be created.

Bumps tested hash

This adds a basic release configuration.

Since a vlc build is needed for the medialibrary, clone and use the
buildscript of VLCKit.
