Simeon Kosnitsky / VLC Extended Playlist Support
GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 onlyThis project provides multiple changes to VLC 3.0.20 mostly related to Playlist Detailed List View support which are tested only on Windows 10. They include next main changes/features:
Long file paths support on Windows. Extended VLC HTTP requests support to provide search and sync with more uptodate data in milliseconds. Extended recents list size support for previously opened videos last time positions. Quick turn on/off "Video Effects: Image adjust" by hotkeys Ctrl+Shift+e. Playlist support: Playlist quick save support (Ctrl+Shift+Y). You can see currently opened playlist name in the first tab "File Name". You can now simply move selected playlist items to up/down/top/bottom of the playlist (Alt+Up/Alt+Down/Alt+Home/Alt+End). You can simply return to the last position before playlist items move (Insert). Extended Search field support. Now it supports Perl regex patterns, search by: file-name/full-path/title/album/your-own-set-tags-for-video-ranges and etc, more details can be found by Help on right mouse click. In case of Search you are still able to move selected items with same hotkeys and navigate to selected video in Playlist (Alt+Insert). You can set video mark point ranges with define tags on them and filter such ranges and video items using Search (tags:tg1,tg2.. or Perl regex >tags:(?=.*tg1)(?=.*tg2)(tg3|tg4)..). You can use hotkey for this: ALT+z, Alt+x, Alt+t, Alt+Delete. You can playback only mark point ranges Alt+q (including support by Search filter). You can quickly navigate to the next or previous mark point range by Alt+s/Alt+a. ...Updated -
