The screenshots for the setup section of the user documentation
now match the current aspect of the AppStore and displays the proper
name registered for the application.

The os compatibility matrix has been updated, dropping deprecated iOS
versions and VLC for iOS versions as well.

The gestures list has been updated including the newest ones.

Screenshots explaining the gestures have also been added.
