Video Extra Settings Page Added

This merge request adds this page - Settings->Video under Extra settings heading closes issue #5 (closed)

I could not connect my phone to a secondary display so the description in this part is less. I will add that once I am able to get my hands on such things. Or I will add a issue after this is merged.
