When there were only one renderer device detected, the selection was
automatic without showing to the user the actionSheet to select it.

This removes the automatic connection so that the user can clearly
choose and see which renderer device is selected.

The progress bar is now updated when the user selects a chapter
in the options.

The refactoring of this view allows it to match the model of the
other options views.

The Chapter view is no longer a Popup view but a view that is added
on top of the options' action sheet.

This follows and uses the listFolderContinue from the Dropbox API
to make sure that we get all the files from the user.

Since this property is mostly used for network and cloud related playback
this will set by default the player to fullscreen since it was already
what was done.

Additionnaly, this will fix the behaviour for the cloud services that
didn't specifically set the value.

The "Play video in fullscreen" settings is now respected consistently
for network and cloud.

This fixes the pagination so that we can load more than a 100 elements.

The action sheet's closing animation when the user changes the color
theme is now performed correctly.

The animation doesn't interfere with the update of the user interface
anymore and the starting point is now the actual height of the action
sheet.
