Add VLC for Unity page

Martin Finkel requested to merge mfkl/websites:add-vlc-unity into master

Had to add PHP_FILES := unity to www.videolan.org/developers/Makefile.inc otherwise the static pages were not generated for the developers folder. Maybe I went at it wrong, so I did not commit these changes.
