Keep compatibility between 3.0 and 4.0 names.

This patch has been upstreamed to libupnp [1] and bumped on the latest
VLC hash [2]

This fix for a specific corner case in vlc-android breaks upnp
indexing, because of this it will be applied app side.

Spaces in uris were not encoded correctly causing issues in the
medialibrary with strings not considered equal.

Update HASH that include a smb2 fix with anonymous login.

Add back 0014-taglib-Fix-extraction-of-AAC-metadata.patch that was
accidentaly removed in 31982663

Add patches fixing regression from 0015-keystore-use-the-system-keystore-from-the-first-try.patch

Moved from vlc-android/buildsystem/compile.sh

VLC Hash, patches, and clone commands are now all in the same place.

Useful when we want to resize the VideoLayout and avoid using the
context orientation to calculate the surface views bounds

As it prevents the project to correctly determine the rootProject
and make any release fail for vlc-android

The tag check done when building for release should be done on the
current hash, and not medialibrary hash which is kept for local builds
