WIP: Streaming files

Hello mentors, I wanted to get a little feedback about the network diagrams before making similar diagrams for the other protocols.

Also, I created this branch from over my base branch instead of the one I was working on. Kindly excuse the re-modification of the conf.py and .gitlab-ci.yml file for graphviz. In the next MR I will make sure to make it as a sub-branch on my already existing branch.
