WIP: Screen sharing using VLM

Hello mentors :)

As discussed in the meeting, this file is for simple screen sharing. While testing at my home I had found that the quality is better in unicast streaming as compared to multicast and I wanted to confirm if this is usually true.

Another thing I want to ask about is if I should add a couple of network diagram, maybe at the end of the file to give a simple visual look of how things are happening differently in multicast vs unicast.
