WIP: Remuxing

This file explains was remuxing is and gives a few examples of how to do it.

As suggested, I was thinking of making a snippet of compatibility matrix for matroska to be put after example 1.

For its structure, I was thinking to make 3 columns and mentioning the popular acodec, vcodec, and scodecs that can be contained in the mkv container.

I am not sure if the list in the old wiki is a good reference for all the popular codecs (because H265 is compatible with mkv though it's not present in the list). So I wanted to ask that apart from the ones mentioned in the wiki, which codecs should I test/add for the "mkv compatibility matrix snippet"?

I have added both the codec-info and the media-info screenshots while making the comparisons between the original and the remuxed file.

I wanted to ask, is it right to say that the new file created by remuxing is usually almost the same size as the original one?
