The job redefines everything defined by the template except for the
image & tags, which is now specified by the global default

This way we don't have to extend the build-all-base for jobs that will
override everything but the image and tags

In some cases thumbnail generation can take some time, for a samba file
for example. This will update the thumbnail for the next channel once
the medialibrary calls the onMediaThumbnailReady callback, and the media
has a thumbnail generated.

It was caused by listing media at playback time
with includeMissing set to true while there was
missing media on unmounted storages

Fixes #2260

This is a (temporary?) measure to be able to release new versions
of the app to the Play Store.

If the user enters a group before the end of a medialibrary scan, the
boolean scanNeeded is set to true in onStop. To stop the scan from
happening when coming back from the group, scanNeeded is set to false in
onActivityResult.
