This solves quite a few issues on my Nexus One, notably inside MKVs

- Detect leading digits of NDK version
    (Versions prior to 7 didn't have a RELEAST.TXT file)
- Don't automatically update existing vlc checkout
    Abort if the checkout does not contain the tested commit
    Give destructive instructions for update

Error mode broke any version not NDKr7

TODO: --enable-thumb for ffmpeg

Move enabling of audiotrack where required

Checkout this hash in 'android' branch.
Using reset --hard could delete work without noticing it.

they are only available starting from 2.3 so drop upnp for now for compatibility

This uses 2.4 and 2.9 MB for the two versions, but avoids having
to keep the full source repos lying around when we only use the
headers, when the full repos take up over 900 MB and 1.7 GB
respectively.

This avoids having to fetch a 84 MB binary package and keeping
26 MB of libraries, when a fake stub works just as well.
