As the vlc.git hash is working, that should be done on buildbot side

Users are noticing and wondering what happened to their audio, and it hasn't been fixed for 5 days now.

Feel free to remove after audio is fixed in vlc.git.

This includes support for WMV1/2/3 in the omxil decoder, fixes
a few other omxil decoder bugs, and disables a few known-broken
omxil audio codec mappings.

big_buck_bunny_1080p_h264.mov is 2.67% faster on Galaxy Note II

It should fix the a52 fixed detection and also the armv6-nofpu build.

Although there are no non-MIPS32 R2 devices supported by Android 2.x+ on MIPS as of right now, MIPS32 is the minimum as of 4.2[1]. However, it should be safe to tune for
MIPS32R2.

ANDROID_HOME is an alias of ANDROID_SDK

Also drop the --enable-iomx option, the option is now removed
and the module is enabled by default on android builds.
