- disable taglib (crash when adding audio files)

- some icons missing

* do not start new activity if it is already in foreground
* icon in the header
* background color of the tiny player
* play next songs after reached end
* sort function

* add background service for audio playback
* only the "mini view" of the player
* some problems with the audio player after playing a video

- extract the media libaray from the main activity to a separate class and
  add functions to get all video files or all audio files an single media
- add a basic media info with dummy data

* new icons
* add two new buttons (lock screen and change surface ratio)
* only the lock screen button is working by now.

+ bugfix in the DatabaseManager.java

- disable checkbox from parent-directories
- restore scroll state

This commit merges the vout module made by Ming Hu in his github project
and removes the current vmem/opengl code.

This new vout is much faster than the previous: It is able to draw and
scale a 720p-h264 video with only few frame drops on a Nexus One.
The counterpart is that it uses some non-public and non-documented APIs.

Tested on a Nexus One running Android 2.3.4 and a Xoom tablet running
Android 3.0 (Honeycomb).

Note: for some reason, the items are not displayed...

Still need some cleaning.
