Error Download and check target not defined for libvlcpp.

Preparing contribs I get this error

contribs/win32$ ../bootstrap --host=i686-w64-mingw32 contribs/win32$ make fetch contribs/win32$ Makefile:504: *** Download and check target not defined for libvlcpp.

I tried make prebuilt but there isn't prebuilt for this pkg

for compilation I followed the guide for VLC here https://wiki.videolan.org/Win32Compile/
