Before this, ./vlmc -vvv would have not show the wizard.

evoked on close event and on quit triggered.

There is no need to create the clip renderer before creating the library
widget.
Media Library widget default position is now "top"

This prevents the widget to be blank when undocked.

Menu shortcut weren't updated

This should work but hasn't been fully tested on win32, due to outdated contribs.
This will, in any case, disable restart functionnality on win32 for now.

- Extends to 2010.
- Use VideoLAN as new legal entity.

File->import is now connected, and so is ctrl + I

If VLMC crashes, the project can be recovered, but some functionnalities
are still lacking.

You can test it by using Tools -> crash :D

The code is pretty ugly, though it works. I think some refactoring will
be required sooner or later

Developers: you can use the 'Escape' key to bypass it :)
