For now, there will be only one map for the settings

this class will handle all the settings of the project

The save method in PreferenceWidget now take a QHash<QString,QVariant>
instead of a QSettings.

When loading a clip, media player was launched in play state, then paused, then unpaused.
Not it's just launched in a play state.
Preloading still use this method, as it's not supposed to play before we explicitly ask for it.

Solved remaining sout instance, that was preventing two video to be used successively.
Solved crash (stack overflow) when changing position after the workflow reached its end once.
Solved incoherent use of a media player after it has been released
Removed useless code.

Slider can be used again,
Next frame is working again, without any tricks.
Previous frame isn't functionnal yet

This will have to go soon, and will require a few adjustments between Timeline and its backend
