Adding audio options, changed debug.

It works with the sound, a few hangs excepted. Should be fixed very soon

Removing synchronisation stuff that is no longer needed.

StackedBuffer are used now, on the clipworkflow's side.

Pool is now "MemoryPool" and a new pool has been created.
It comes with a StackedBuffer class to release buffer that will be
filled by new clipworkflows

A bit more refactoring for the same price.

Width and heigth are handled from config (but changes are not well
handled, and should lead to crash in some cases)

Corrected -vv parsing, removed debug.

Depending on the log message, debug is written or not on the console.
This use Qt's log level. By default, qDebug is not printed, qWarning is.
In every case, messages are written in a log file (if it has been
specified in the config)

It has been deactivated by default.

Not functionnal yet, it only calls the method as required in the
config.

This is much cleaner, fixes #114, and will allow a project emergency
saving that doesn't rape the posix standard.
