Black output where returned because ClipWorkflow where too slow for the renderer.

Fixes #131

Next frame is functionnal, but a bug remains elsewhere, preventing the
frame to be correctly displayed.

All the medias are managed by the library now.

This is meant to let someone (and by someone I mean etix :D) really fix the problem.

Right now, it's blocked by a frameChanged // cursorPositionChanged signal problem

Removed useless mutex, useless method, reordered inludes as defined in HACKING

Width and heigth are handled from config (but changes are not well
handled, and should lead to crash in some cases)

Solves #83

The restored file doesn't always exist... (for instance, you didn't remount your third hard drive :D)

Everything is now handled in frames, and not in "vlc positions"

This avoid deadlocks introduced in previous commit, and clarify the code.
