Adding doc while at it.

This only allows redering resolution choosing at the moment

This wasn't safe, as the size of the buffer can change from a render to
another.

This fix a crash when... well when doing anything related to rendering...

Don't display width as height.

Width and height are now handled by the renderer.

As they're no longer used in libvlc.

The renderer gives the paused state directly to the workflow, thus
avoiding missynchronisation

Undo redo isn't functionnal
