Also, removed all the calls to the default part of the
SettingsManager

Everything is now handled in frames, and not in "vlc positions"

This avoid deadlocks introduced in previous commit, and clarify the code.

This is temporary and should be banned in a few days...

If there is no more clip, the track signals itself as terminated, thus eventually stopping the mainWorkflow correctly

Fixed ************* emacs indentation.

Some modifications should improve compile time a little bit.

Still not functionnal, I think something was lost in the merge...
