Fix CPACK_INSTALL_PREFIX

Add display icon, url, version and publisher information.
The information is shown to a user when vlmc is uninstalled,
using Add/Remove or Uninstall a program via control panel.

This patch fixes authentication http post url and couple of minor changes
recently introduced in YouTube APIs.

Updates links in contrib scripts to use VLC 1.1.10 (for mac and windows)
and Qt 4.7.2 (for windows).

For whole src/ applies Hackings rule that every function return type
gets placed on its own line. TagWidget gets few spelling corrections.

Adds changeEvent for handling translation change events in MediaLibrary.

Add missing license block and credit to authors from git blame.

Delete duplicate file StackViewNavController.ui in Gui/library
which already exists in Gui/library/ui. Update CMakeLists.txt

Just look in the dir specified in the frei0r specs.

This should work out for both Mac and Windows.

Delete the ~empty vlc folder when contribs are created
