FLAC CRC checking Issue

This is a pretty trivial problem I've been facing since updating to 2.1.1 but here goes. All FLAC file played with this latest version will suffer from heavy stuttering throughout the first and last 30s of a song. I haven't found any people suffering from similar issues and these songs used to work on previous versions.
