Skipping on FLAC Track of 800 bitrate.

Just after downloading the new version 2.1.1, I started playing a FLAC file around 800 and 1000 bitrate that had worked on the recent version of VLC (2.1.0). At the beginning and end of the song it skipped, I had restarted my VLC and it still had skipped. I have reset all my settings as well as followed the guide checked all the tickets.

I'm also currently using Windows 7, Service Pack 1
