FLAC music are played legged

On my windows 8.1 enterprise X64, Playing FLAC music(580MB file size) with VLC 2.1.0 X64 always is good. Today VLC reminds me update to 2.1.1, I update it.Now I encounter playing issue. Playing any FLAC music will be legged. I reboot PC, legged playing is still. I think VLC 2.1.1 could have a bug. Thanks!
