When quitting VLC it seems to kill the Dock

When I quit VLC the Mac's Dock is restarted enabling it's autohide feature. It occurs ONLY when the "Use the native fullscreen mode on OS X Lion" feature is selected and no matter if VLC is on fullscreen mode or not, it kills the dock.

Didn't notice this behavior on others application.
