Album art is wrong on Android

Hi,

This is related, but not the same as #7784 (closed)

On Android, VLC does not look for "cover.jpg" in the folder containing the album. This is a standard mechanism for finding album art, and it is tremendously useful when the files do not have ID3 (e.g. Flac).

(Incidentally, clearing the media database does not make it pick up any changes in embedded album art.)
