Media Button Hotkeys

If I set a Media Button as a global Hotkey it doesen't work as it should. After I Have restarted VLC i minimize it and try the hotkey, nothing happens, but if I press M then the Event is triggered, the open Program (e.g. notepad) doesen't get the M, so VLC is blocking the wrong Key.

This Bug wasn't there in (i think) 2.0.8, but i'm not sure about that.
