Problem with crashing

I have problem with crashing. In dual monitor system where primary is DVI and secondary HDMI on secondary is play video in fullscreen and if I run on primary monitor game in fullscreen and 3d, video on secondary monitor crash. I try it with more computers and more operating systems like Win7 32/64 Win 8 32/64. Thanks and sorry for my english
