Hotkeys not working

I had the problem, that the change shortcuts didnt work after restart of program. The problam was that the changed shortcuts where entered in german, if the interface langusge was german, but the shortcuts only worked with the english wriiten key. Problem was solved be changing the language from german to english, in order to define the keys.
