Option to predefine “Privacy and Network Access Policy” and disable the popup

The “Privacy and Network Access Policy” popup window is currently being displayed to all users. There is no option to disable by default the privacy settings and/or the popup window.

In enterprise or otherwise large deployment, it would be useful to:

a) disable these items by default for all users b) hide the message completely from users since it is both confusing and disrupting user experience (resulting in support calls)
