Unable to control local video display while streaming, context menu is disabled
I have recently upgraded VLC 1.x to 2.0.7 on a laptop used for LIVE streaming video content. The source is a local USB video capture adapter from a 16:9 HD camera connected via CVBS analog. VLC is used to capture and stream.
When I start VLC, it is normal to go 4:3 as this is the usual analog TV (or 720x576). I used Context-menu -> video -> aspect ration -> 16:9 to get a correct image on the local display Also, via same context menu, I could activate, for local display, deinterlacing.
(streaming was set to stream via HTTP and local display).
With version 1.x (up to last 1.x) this worked. However, since 2.0.7 (I made the upgrade directly to this version) I cannot control the local video display, nor the audio, because all the submenus under video and audio, except for "Track" are disabled.
This should work, applied to local display.
