VLC Matroska Demuxer Cannot Demux Live Matroska Streams over HTTP

VLC Matroska Demuxer cannot demux live Matroska streams over HTTP. It can demux .mkv files. GStreamer, Totem, WMP w/CCCP and MPlayer can all play Matroska Streams over HTTP. Matroska construction for live streaming seems a bit different than Matroska construction for files. I can provide a stream or streams for testing. GStreamer matroskamux is used in a GStreamer pipeline to construct the stream(s).
