Greek language VLC hotkeys dont work

On VLC Player when I choose greek language and then I want to set hotkeys, hotkeys dont work.

example: I want to set hotkey for "volume up" the button "up" In greek the word up is "πανω".well all the hotkeys with greek characters as "set" dont work.All hotkeys with english characters works just fine.

vlc 2.1.0 64bit
