VLM Webinterface Breaks when the input has HTML encoded characters

Basically if you submit an input path that contains & or ? as a URL even if URL Encoded it breaks the vlm.xml output and therefore the web interface

It does not affect the actual running of the stream/broadcast. You can just no longer monitor it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
