2 bugs vlc 2.1.0

Vlc 2.1.0, Windows 7 64bit

I had this setting for years: Tools->Preferences-> Special Keys Very short jump backwards -> mouse wheel up Very short jump forwards -> mouse wheel down Y axis control -> Set to IGNORE. SAVE.

BUG 1: With vlc 2.0.8 everything was working with vlc 2.1.0 the mouse wheel doesn't advance forward-backward

BUG 2: with vlc 2.0.8 everything was working with vlc 2.1.0 when selecting another window, the r keypress is catched by vlc and cannot be typed.
