VLC does not play ogg vorbis 3 plus (also known as Vorbis ACM codec)

I tried to play a video file (xvid) with VLC 0.8.6 for Mac (PPC). I saw the video, but I had no sound.

VLC told me: "main: no suitable decoder module for fourcc `vo3+'. VLC probably does not support this sound or video format."

I think it's the ogg vorbis 3+ or also known as vorbis ACM codec that is missing.

I searched on the net for a plugin, but there are only plugins for windows. MPlayer doesn't play it, too.

I think it would be very good if VLC would support this codec
