Regression: Windows IR Remote Control support broke

Version 2.0.8 respected the following Windows IR Remote commands:

Play button: starts video from a stopped state. Play button: pauses video during the playback state. Pause button: pauses video during the playback state. Next,Back button: moves to next and previous tracks respectively. Stop button: stops the current video playback.

Version 2.1.0 now does the following:

Play button: starts video from a stopped state. Play button: shows "Play" OSD but does nothing else during the playback state. Pause button: does nothing. Next,Back button: moves to next and previous tracks respectively. Stop button: does nothing.
