Fluid Synth option missing in Audio Codecs menu

I upgraded from 2.0.5 to 2.1.0 and recognized the missing Fluid Synth configuration possibility for playing midi files.

Expected Behavior: Having an option in Preferences (all) -> Codecs -> Audio codecs -> Fluid Synth

Actual Behavior: The Fluid Synth configuration possibility is missing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
