Option to have "Cursor and fullscreen controller" not wake up so fast in fullscreen

jbkempf and everybody,

During movie playback, my subwoofer makes the mouse move around, making the cursor and the controls show up on the screen.

It would be nice to have an option that makes the fullscreen cursor and controlls wake up _much harder_ - only after the mouse has moved more than just a pixel (as it does now)? (a lot more)
