Add Bookmarks to Playback menu

After creating several bookmarks then saving a playlist file and opening the m3u file with VLC the saved bookmarks appear in the bookmark manager but no option appears on the 'Playback' menu to select any 'custom' bookmarks. This is after a fresh download and install. Running on OSX Mountain Lion.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
