VLC does not follow system sound preferences in OSX

If the output sound is set to the system preferences and afterwards the system switches to a Bluetooth headset, VLC still plays the sound on the previous loudspeakers. There is no way to make VLC follow the system settings changes in OSX (10.8)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
